Ravenclaw and Gryffindor are brilliant together. Ravenclaws show Gryffindors a lot of affection, and the Ravenclaw’s interest in their mind flatter the Gryffindor. Sometimes, Ravenclaws can get critical about Gryffindors if they behave a certain way, and Gryffindors are very sensitive about that. But otherwise, they are a sweet pair.
Gryffindors and Slytherins can be competitive and sometimes rough. Gryffindors want love, and Slytherins sometimes interpret this as the Gryffindors trying to control them. This is why the two houses didn’t get along well in the books. But if you find the right Slytherin, it can work out well.
Slytherin and Ravenclaw may go well, but also may go horrible. Ravenclaws like figuring Slytherins out. They like poking and prodding through their minds, and some Slytherin would interpret that as a threat to their control. It’s not destined for failure, but Ravenclaw would have to be careful about not crossing any boundaries.
Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff are generally a bad match. Although some Hufflepuff and Ravenclaw are able to get along swimmingly, the depth of Ravenclaw clashes too often with Hufflepuff’s carefree personality. Ravenclaws also like digging into the Hufflepuff’s emotional core, and Hufflepuffs don’t like thinking about their emotions. They need to give the Hufflepuff some space if they want the relationship to work.
Ravenclaw/Ravenclaw is great. You both share a passion about the world that is very rare. Explore this with your partner. Talk about things that you find fascinating. You should do well, unless there are conflicting beliefs. As long as your debates are friendly, there should be no problem.
Slytherin/Slytherin can be a little disastrous. If one tries to control the other, things will get dangerous. It can be a huge competition for power instead of a relationship.
Slytherins and Gryffindors would be good together. The only potential problem would be that they are both very competitive. It can be cute though, bickering and such. Or it can destroy the relationship.
Hufflepuffs and Slytherins are the best pair possible. With Slytherins, Hufflepuffs don’t feel pressure to open up or act a cetain way. The Slytherin’s negativity contrasts with Hufflepuff’s positivity in a sweet way. They keep each other grounded. Slytherins trust Hufflepuffs, and Hufflepuffs trust Slytherins. They like being controlled by the Slytherin.
Ravenclaw and Hufflepuffs are horrible together. Ravenclaw love opening their lovers up, and Hufflepuffs prefer to keep to themselves. Hufflepuff is extroverted, and Ravenclaw is introverted. So, while Hufflepuff would like to go out and party, Ravenclaw wants to stay home. Ravenclaw like to observe their partner in bed, and Hufflepuff like to be controlled rather than observed.
Hufflepuffs and Gryffindors are pretty nice. Hufflepuffs show affection, and Gryffindors want affection. They are both extroverted, so they can enjoy themselves. But Hufflepuffs sometimes feel that the relationship is lacking sparks or dislike the clinginess a Gryffindor has.

To attract a Slytherin, you have to turn your relationship into a game. Challenge them, but let them win. Start to send mixed signals. Entice them. Never insult them or drive them away, but keep them guessing. If they ask you something about yourself or start to show increased interest, let them control you. Resist from asking them too many questions or psycho-analyzing them verbally. You can read their movements and tones if you’re curious.
To ask them out, don’t fool around too much. Tell them that you are interested in being with them, and ask what their favorite place in the world is. Use that information to invite them on a date to a place similar to the place they described as their favorite.
To attract a Gryffindor, you simply have to show you care. Gryffindors love love love passion and affection. Compliment them in every way and let them know that they’re perfect just the way they are. Spend time with them. Ask them questions about themselves. NEVER tell them that they need to improve in any way. They will think that you hate them or think they’re worthless.
To attract a Hufflepuff, you have to entertain them. Make them feel good, make them laugh, have fun with them. For a while, let go of your insecurities and be wild. They won’t judge you unless you’re too uptight and can’t take a joke. Don’t worry about it! They’ll show you all the love in the world.
To attract a Ravenclaw, you should be fascinated with them. Hang on their every word and let them know that you love their opinions. Ask them questions. Tell them that they are beautiful and that they will change the world with their ideas. Don’t argue too much, but keep the conversation going. Share your opinions as well, and let them teach you. Hug them, touch them. They love the casual hand-holding and feeling physically close to their partner.
